Great pan love the size August 23, 2010

I am so glad I bought this pan. The first thing I made in it was a pan full of roasted vegetables, and I had plenty of room. I plan to use it as a cookie sheet, so I bought two (and got free shipping).

Received this baking pan today and it is fabulous except for the big scratch on it. I pulled off the plastic, peeled off the label and hidden underneath is a large area of scratches. Since it's going to be a big hassle to return, I'll just keep it but will hope for better next time.

This pan is awesome! I do a lot of baking there is NO FLEX with this pan! Even heat; I have tried cookies, foccacia, biscuits, and even heated rolls. I have not been disappointed!

I purchased this sheet pan along with a CIA cooling rack. The combination is used for cooking bacon in the oven. The stove top will never see bacon spatters again. I can cook bacon to any desired doneness, and cleanup is a breeze.
